Y2Cam Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Y2Cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Y2Cam. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

3. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use Y2Cam on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal or professional creative use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store policies.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit the App or its code
• Use the App for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass technical limitations or subscription controls

Apple Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Y2Cam only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Y2Cam may offer monthly, annual, or other recurring subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Billing Support: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and follow Apple's billing policies. For subscription support, contact Apple Support or visit https://support.apple.com/billing.

4.2 Y2Cam Studio One-Time Purchase

If Y2Cam offers a "Y2Cam Studio One-Time" purchase, it is defined as:

Access to the App and its eligible features for the operational lifetime of the Y2Cam application, as determined solely by us.

Y2Cam Studio One-Time access does NOT mean:

• Access for the lifetime of the user
• Guaranteed availability forever
• Guaranteed access to future, separate products, platforms, or major rewrites

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, discontinue, or sunset the App
• End support or development at any time
• Replace the App with a successor product (which may not be included in Y2Cam Studio One-Time access)

Y2Cam Studio One-Time access applies only to the current Y2Cam application as it exists during its supported lifecycle.

5. Free Trials and Promotions

Y2Cam may offer free trials or promotional pricing at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials or promotions at any time. Abuse of trials or promotional offers is prohibited.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership and rights to all photos, videos, and content you create using Y2Cam.

Y2Cam:

• Does not claim ownership of your content
• Does not sell, license, or use your content

6.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, edit, export, or share using the App, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6.3 Privacy

Your use of Y2Cam is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Y2Cam Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Y2Cam—including but not limited to software, code, design, UI, branding, recipes, presets, simulations, and documentation—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or its intellectual property.

8. App Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features, functionality, or the App itself at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with older devices or operating systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Y2Cam is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, performance, or availability
• We do not guarantee that edits, presets, recipes, or data will not be lost

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Y2Cam and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Data loss
• Corrupted files
• Device issues
• Lost profits or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Y2Cam in the preceding 12 months, or $10 USD if no payment was made.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y2Cam and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Y2Cam at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the App operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
