Calendar & Video Meeting Sync
Google Calendar
Connect a Google account under Settings → Workspace → Calendar Sync. Choose which calendar receives new bookings, turn auto-sync on or off, and reconnect any time your Google session expires. You can connect more than one Google account if needed.
Apple Calendar (iPhone only)
On iPhone, CalendTree can also sync directly with any calendar already set up in your phone's Settings app — iCloud, Exchange, or otherwise. New bookings are added automatically to whichever calendar you choose. If you delete an event from the Apple Calendar app itself, CalendTree notices and marks that booking accordingly, and if you edit a synced event's time in Apple Calendar, CalendTree reconciles the difference. A "remove all CalendTree events from Apple Calendar" option is available in settings — it only removes the calendar entries, never anything from CalendTree itself.
The auto-sync toggle
One master switch controls whether new bookings are pushed automatically to your connected calendar(s). Turn it off if you'd rather add events manually.
Zoom and Google Meet
Connect Zoom and/or Google Meet under Settings → Workspace → Virtual Meetings. Once connected, marking a booking as virtual automatically generates a join link, which is included wherever that booking's details appear — the client's confirmation, your calendar sync, and the booking detail page.
