Offline Mode on iPhone

What's saved automatically

Any change you make on iPhone — adding a client, editing a booking, logging a payment, updating an invoice, quote, proposal, contract, or to-do — is saved on your device the moment you make it, even with no signal at all. Nothing is lost just because you were offline.

Syncing back up

Once your phone reconnects, everything queued up syncs to your account automatically in the background. There's no "sync" button to press and nothing to remember to do — it just catches up on its own.

If something can't sync

If a specific change fails to save after several automatic retries (rare, but possible after an extended outage), you'll get a one-time notification naming exactly what didn't go through — for example, a specific payment or invoice — rather than it silently vanishing. From there you can re-enter it or reach out to Support.

Why this matters

This is especially useful in dead zones — a basement, a rural job site, an elevator — where you still need to log a payment or check off a to-do without waiting for a signal.
