Getting Started on iPhone

Signing in

Create an account with email and password, or use Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google — either way, it's the same CalendTree account you'd use on the web. Email accounts are verified with a 6-digit code sent to your inbox.

Onboarding

After signing up, a short setup walks you through: accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, your name, your business name, and your industry. If your industry has its own vocabulary (see Adaptive CRM Terminology), you'll get a quick preview of what changes before you continue.

What's New

After onboarding — and again after major updates — a "What's New" screen highlights recent additions, along with a prompt to grant any system permissions CalendTree needs (like notifications, location for mileage tracking, or calendar access).

Setting up an LLC

If you're setting up a business entity, a separate guided flow walks through the LLC setup process step by step, distinct from the core account onboarding.

Two-factor codes

If two-factor verification is enabled on your account, you'll be prompted for a code during sign-in as an extra layer of security.
