Quotes, Proposals & Contracts

CalendTree's document pipeline takes a client from a rough estimate all the way to a signed agreement, without retyping anything at each stage:

1. Quote — a quick, straightforward price estimate
2. Proposal — a richer document with pricing tiers, custom sections, and attachments
3. Contract — a signable agreement with per-signer tracking and real e-signatures

Shared design tools

Quotes, proposals, contracts, and invoices all share the same design system: a letterhead (logo + banner color), custom sections for anything beyond a simple line-item list, file attachments, and the ability to save your setup as a reusable template.

Sending and resending

Every document type has a Send action and a per-recipient Resend, so you can nudge a client again without starting over.
