Getting Started with CalendTree
Welcome! CalendTree brings bookings, clients, payments, and paperwork into one place, on the web and on iPhone. Here's how to get the essentials in place.
1. Finish onboarding
When you first sign in, you'll pick your industry (Photography, Home & Property, Health & Medical, and many others). This doesn't just personalize the look of the app — CalendTree can swap in industry-specific words for "client," "booking," and more. You can turn this off or fine-tune it any time under Settings → Customize Your CRM.
2. Set up your Booking Page
Go to Bookings → Booking Page and add your services, your weekly availability, and your business details (name, photo, banner). This generates your public booking link — the one thing your clients need to schedule time with you. No account or app download required on their end.
3. Add your first client
Open Clients → New Client, or just let CalendTree create one automatically the next time a booking request or invoice comes in.
4. Connect payments
Connect Square under Settings → Payments to accept card payments, send invoices with a pay link, and take in-person payments with a card reader.
5. Explore the dashboard
The Overview tab shows today's schedule, outstanding invoices, recent activity, and a few smart nudges (like "3 invoices are overdue") so you always know what needs attention first.
