Why CalendTree exists

You didn't start this
to become an
administrator.

CalendTree runs the bookings, contracts, invoices, and payments behind your work — so the business side stops eating the part you actually opened for.

Most business software is built for the business. Almost none of it is built for the person running it.

That difference is not a slogan — it shows up in what we build. It is why the booking, the contract, the invoice, and the payment are one connected thing here instead of four subscriptions that don't talk.

So what is it, concretely

One place for
the whole job.

CalendTree follows a job from the first inquiry to the last receipt. Every step hands off to the next instead of starting over in another app.

Get booked

A booking page and scheduling links clients can use without emailing you. Reminders go out on their own. The client record is created the moment they book — you don't retype anything.

Get agreed

Quotes, proposals, and contracts with real e-signatures. A signed quote becomes the contract, and the contract becomes the invoice, carrying the same numbers the whole way.

Get paid

Invoices and payment links, plus cards and Apple Pay in person. Processing runs through Square at their standard rates — CalendTree takes no cut on top of it.

Keep the books

Expenses, receipts, mileage, and time tracking collect as you go, so tax season is a report you run instead of a weekend you lose.

On iPhone and on the web, kept in sync — because half this job happens standing up.

You first. Always.

The person comes
before the platform.

Every product decision gets measured against one question: does this make the day lighter for the person doing the work? Not whether it lifts engagement, and not whether it opens a new line of revenue for us.

That is why there is no per-feature pricing here, and no cut taken from the payments you earned.

62%

of business owners feel depressed at least once a week.

That number is why we care about the boring parts — the invoice that never sent, the double-booked Saturday, the payment chased for three weeks. Administrative chaos isn't a productivity problem. It follows people home.

The craft is the easy part

You already mastered
the hard thing.

Espresso pulling into a glass
A woodworker running a router along an edge
A florist with a finished arrangement

Nobody opens a shop because they love reconciling payments. You got good at the craft. The software should handle the rest and stay out of the way — and most of it does the opposite.

What we hold to

Four commitments,
in plain language.

01

We win when you win

We make money from your subscription, not your transactions. No upsells, no per-feature fees, no cut of the payments you worked for.

02

Support from the people who build it

When you reach out, your message reaches the people who write the code. They answer honestly, including when the answer is “that's broken, we're fixing it.”

03

Looking out for the whole person

Software is just the start. We're building out resources — like introductions to independent health insurance brokerages — for the parts of working for yourself that no one else covers.

04

Honest pricing, forever

One price, everything included. No tiers designed to trap you, and no quiet increase once your whole business depends on us.

Beyond the software

Coverage shouldn't be
the reason you go back.

Nobody hands you a benefits packet when you work for yourself. Health insurance is one of the most common reasons people fold a business they were otherwise good at — and no scheduling app has ever had anything to say about that.

So we're building out introductions to independent health insurance brokerages — brokers who answer to you rather than to an employer — alongside the rest of the platform.

It isn't a feature we can put in a changelog. It's what we think a platform built for independent people owes them.

A business owner working from her studio
Finished latte art held in two hands

The café

A morning rush, a catering quote, and a supplier invoice — before the lunch crowd.

A podcaster settling in behind the mic

The producer

Sponsor contracts, session bookings, and an invoice that has to go out tonight.

A consultant's desk mid-afternoon

The consultant

A discovery call that becomes a proposal, a signature, and a retainer.

A flight instructor beside her aircraft at golden hour

Who it's for

From barber chairs
to flight decks.

Florists, photographers, barbers, trainers, cleaners, caterers, consultants, tattoo artists, flight instructors. Different trades, identical paperwork — so there are 700+ templates across 300+ business types, with the booking questions and contract terms already written for yours.

We build for the shape of that work: one person or a few, wearing every hat, with no back office to hand anything off to.

A consultation across a small table
The client meeting is also the quote, the contract, and the invoice.
A creator shooting product late in the evening
The evening shoot is also the admin waiting for you at midnight.
We'd rather build the thing that gets you home by six than the thing that keeps you logged in until nine.

Your business deserves
real tools.

Bookings, contracts, invoices, and payments in one place. Not workarounds, not six subscriptions, and not a trap once you're set up.
